What happens after you write
You are writing directly to me. There is no account manager in between. I read your message, ask a couple of questions if something is unclear, and send back a fixed price with a plain description of what is included in it.
That price is settled before a single line of code is written. Extra work happens only when you ask for it.
- Within 24 hours. A personal reply from me, not an automated acknowledgement.
- Within 48 hours. A fixed quote in euros that we both sign, with the scope of the work written down.
- A call after that, not before. A video call at a time that works in your time zone.
- No pressure. No unsolicited phone calls, no newsletter, no reminder emails.
What I need from you
You do not need a finished brief. The more concrete your message, the sharper the quote — but a few lines are enough to start.
- What you want built. A website, an online shop, a web application, or SEO for a site that already exists.
- Who it is for. Your customers, your market, and what a visitor should actually do on the site.
- Your timeline. A hard deadline, or otherwise as fast as careful work allows.
- Your budget, if you already have one. It saves a round of messages; if you would rather discuss it first, that is fine too.
- What exists today. A link to your current site, or to a site you think works well.
What the quote is based on
Every quote starts from a fixed starting price, so you know which order of magnitude your project falls into before you even write.
What lifts a project above that starting price is scope: the number of pages, the number of languages, and the functionality that has to work behind the scenes.
- Personal one-page site — from €1,200.
- Landing page — from €1,950.
- Business website with technical SEO — from €3,900.
- Web application — from €12,000.
The full packages are listed on the home page, and my guide to what a website actually costs explains where the money goes.
Practical matters, wherever you are
Before you write, the questions people usually hold back until the second call — answered here instead.
- You own the work. Full intellectual property in the code, design and content transfers to you on final payment. No license, no lock-in, no fee to keep using what you paid for.
- Invoicing in euros. An itemized invoice, with every line spelled out.
- GDPR from the start. Cookie consent where it is genuinely required, analytics that do not load before consent, no third-party trackers you did not ask for, and hosting in a region you choose.
- Your working day, not only mine. I am on Western European Time, so European clients and I share a working day, and my afternoon covers the American East Coast morning. Nothing waits overnight for an answer.
- A staging link you can open. Once the build starts you watch the real thing take shape every week instead of reading status reports about it.
- Nothing is locked to me. Domain and hosting are registered in your name, the code sits in a repository you control, and handover includes written documentation, so any competent developer could carry it on.
The fastest way to reach me
Every message ends up in the same place: my own inbox. Pick whichever channel suits you.
- The contact form. The shortest route — it asks straight away for the things I need to know.
- WhatsApp. Good for short questions and quick decisions in between.
- Email. shlomiaflalo88@gmail.com — useful when you want to send sketches, documents, or a quote you already have.
- English throughout. It is the language I write, document and meet in.
Send your request
The form is at the top of this page. Say what you need and what it should do for your business: a reply within 24 hours, a fixed quote within 48, free and with no obligation. If the project is not a good fit for one developer, I will say so and tell you what to look for instead.
